I know little more than I did before I read this.There are also problems with the English, for example the word 'then' is used instead of 'than' in most places in the 'book'. This kind of error drives me crazy when I read. Was this not proofed? This should be a free PDF style book; it is not worth the $ to me.

This book is atrocious! The "author" repeatedly uses too instead of to, then instead of than, loose instead of lose, and on and on. Pidgin English would have been less disagreeable. Finally I gave up reading in disgust and deleted it from my kindle.
